The Aero Club Como is a democratic association structure, whose activity is regulated by a Statute, drawn up in accordance with the standard Statute of the Aero Club of Italy, to which the Club is federated.

The statute expressly provides that the members of the Board of Directors operate on a voluntary basis, without any direct or indirect compensation. Any members with whom the Club has an economic relationship and who receive any type of compensation from the same Club can participate in the assemblies but cannot exercise the right to vote.

These rules exclude those who hold positions within the Club and may find themselves in a condition of conflict of interest.
