Festa in hangar con concerto e proiezione di un film.

The hangar a location for events

The hangar of the Como seaplane school is found in the centre of the city, on the promenade along the waterfront. It is one of the largest covered spaces of the Province available for organised events.
The metallic construction, the well sized square in front of the hangar are both part of the prestigious background of the "La citadella dello sport", the sporting village, constructed by the rationalistic architects of the 1930's. The presence of the many modern seaplanes and of those historic examples, the view of the hills of Cardina, of Brunate and of the 1st lake basin are all elements that beautify the location, making it a spot of great interest.
The view by day is beautiful, and that by night is striking, with the lights of the lakeside villages twinkling in the dark.
